How it is done

Stand, elevate the arm staright forward to 45 degrees such that thumb pointing towards the ceiling. Hold the forearm with other hand and rotate in the direction of thumb towards body such that thumb pointing towards the floor. Feel for the stretch in the forearm. Hold and release, repeat again.
