How it is done

Lie on Swiss Ball such that stomach and chest is on the ball and toes on the floor and arms hanging towards the floor. Squeeze the shoulder blades and elevate the arms overhead with elbow flexed to 90 degree, lower the hand towards floor to starting position and repeat.
